They plan to test whether the soaking time for soybeans can be shortened using DIPOLE water, as relying on intuition alone is not sufficient. Additionally, at the deep-fried tofu factory, the groundwater had a strong iron content, which previously caused a metallic smell and red rust accumulation at the bottom. However, since using the DIPOLE, these issues have disappeared, and the rust smell is no longer a concern.
